Quality Control Our stance on Quality Control is one of no compromise. Our independent Quality Control Department and its subdivisions audit all aspects of our projects from concrete quality to installa- tion of nishing materials. In order to further push our stringent quality requirements, we have opted to invest in, and set up our own state of the art Concrete Testing Laboratory with experienced Quality Control Technicians to undertake internal material testing to a higher degree than the standard requirements. Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) As part of Advent’s constant e orts to bring world class standards to the African market, HSSE has been made a critical priority organization wide, and is now treated as one of the three primary concerns on any construction site with Advent’s presence; namely: Quality, Speed and HSSE. Advent was the rst Tanzanian construc- tion company to recognize the importance of HSSE and to set up a full time HSSE department with dedicated sta members and resources to ensure that stringent HSSE policies are implemented, ensured and maintained in order to safeguard each of Advent’s stakeholders.
